More Key Decisions Coming Up for Montgomery County Council on Subdivision Staging Policy

Over the past several weeks, the Montgomery County Council has been holding work sessions on the 2020-2024 Subdivision Staging Policy (SSP).

Automatic Two-Year Extension for Preliminary Plan and APF Validity Periods Approved by Montgomery County Council

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the resulting economic consequences and project delays, the Montgomery County Council has approved an Amendment to the Subdivision Regulations that will automatically extend the Preliminary Plan and Adequate Public Facilities validity periods by two years.
